How to submit

Submissions for the Wolfson History Prize 2021 are open from 1 August to 15 October 2020.

Publishers are invited to submit copies of their catalogues for consideration by the judges. Before completing the submission form below please ensure that you have read our guidance on eligibility and rules of entry

Any enquiries regarding submissions can be directed to us by email (opens a draft email with address populated).

If applicable please list all relevant imprints covered by this submission.

 

Submission contact

The contact person will be asked to respond to any queries about the submission. If books are selected for further consideration they will be asked to arrange for copies to be sent out and to provide further details on the chosen titles.

 

Catalogues

In order to be eligible for the 2021 prize books must be published between 1 January and 31 December 2020. Please upload pdf copies of your 2020 catalogues or provide links to where they can be downloaded.

Changes to 2020 publication dates

If the publication dates of any non-fiction history titles are now different to those listed in the catalogues, please upload a list of titles affected giving both original and revised publication dates.

Recommended titles

Publishers may highlight up to 6 eligible books (per imprint) from their submitted catalogues that the judges may wish to consider.

Privacy and communications

This information will be kept indefinitely as part of our archival records and for analytical purposes. The details provided may be shared with our agents and contractors for the purposes of administering and publicizing the prize.
